On a physical button panel you cannot tell what a button does without reading its label, and when a fault appears there is no sign of where the problem is. A touch screen reverses that: the operator manages the machine by seeing it.
We build the screen around the operator’s daily work. Frequently used controls sit on the home page, settings sit behind permissions, and fault information appears in the centre of the screen in plain language.
Button size for gloved hands, contrast in dusty air and brightness on a night shift are each separate design decisions. Our screen templates are ready; colour, icon layout and menu flow are adapted per machine to the way you work. In panel hardware selection, IP rating, vibration endurance and operating temperature range are the deciding factors.
