On a stopped machine, waiting is the most expensive item. We support your electrical and wiring spare parts needs with supply, equivalent research and stock planning.
Some parts go out of production; others carry lead times that cannot be accepted. In those cases we research a technically suitable equivalent: current and voltage ratings, connector cavity layout, IP rating, operating temperature and mechanical dimensions are compared. The suitability assessment is given in writing — we document the difference between "looks similar" and "can be used instead".
We build a critical stock list from your machine fleet and fault history: how many of each item to hold, which belongs in the central store and which on site. Items whose failure stops a machine are assessed separately from those replaced during planned maintenance. The list is updated against your replacement records from the past year.
