What we develop

• Controller selection and hardware fit: We choose a suitable controller based on I/O count, processing load and cost target. Where software is developed for an existing board, we work within that hardware’s constraints.
• Control software: Motor and actuator drive, relay and valve control, sequencing logic and safety interlocks. On critical functions, falling to a safe state on fault is part of the design.
• Sensor layer: Analogue and digital sensor acquisition, noise filtering, calibration and limit checking. Detecting and reporting a faulty or disconnected sensor is standard practice for us.
• Parameter management: Machine-specific settings — thresholds, timings, calibration factors — held in non-volatile memory and changeable at the service point.
• Diagnostics and fault logging: Faults recorded with a time stamp, plus a diagnostic interface the service team can read from a laptop.

The software stays yours

Delivery includes the source code together with the communication document, parameter list, update procedure and test records. You are not left dependent on us for maintenance; the handover is complete.
