Off-the-shelf automation packages are written for the average operation. If your work does not fit the average, the work starts being bent to fit the software rather than the other way round. We do the reverse.
First we listen to how the work runs: which step starts under which condition, where the operator decides, when the line must stop. We turn these into written scenarios for you to approve. The program is then written against those approved scenarios, so the "this is not what I asked for" stage never arrives.
A custom program must not become a box only its author understands. Labelling, comments and modular structure keep it readable, and the scenario document is handed over with it. When another team intervenes later, what was done and why is clear.
Every scenario written is walked through step by step during commissioning — not only the normal flow but fault and interruption cases too. Operator training and initial-period support are part of the work.
