Running a fleet spread across sites by phone is hard: which machine is where, how long did it work, is there a fault? Telemetry brings the answers onto one screen.
Raw data does no work on its own. The system provides daily and weekly reports comparing the fleet: which machine idles most, which site works more efficiently, where a fault repeats. When the maintenance plan and investment decisions rest on those records, guesswork drops out.
Telemetry hardware does not require new machines; it is fitted to existing ones. Connected to the communication bus, it reads the machine’s own data; on older machines without a bus, basic data is collected with separate sensors. For sites with weak network coverage, data is buffered and sent in batches once coverage returns.
