The fastest way to validate a design is to try the real part. In our prototype workshop, harnesses are hand-assembled on a 1:1 layout board and prepared for on-vehicle trials using calibrated crimping equipment, heat-shrink tubing and original connectors. Dimension, routing and assembly corrections made on the first sample are fed into series production — so costly revisions stay on the prototype bench, not in the field.
The approved prototype moves to the series line with its revision-controlled technical package. From main chassis harnesses to cabin and engine harnesses, every product is assembled on fixed formboard routings; circuit labeling, protective conduit/heat-shrink application and connector termination are standard work steps. Batch-level traceability records which operator, material lot and test log each harness was produced with.
