In harness work the steps are linked: a detail missed in design becomes labour in production, and a check missed in production becomes downtime in the field. That is why all five steps run with the same team and the same documentation practice. Each has its own page:

Circuit schematics, connector pinout tables, bill of materials, routing plan and 1:1 formboard drawing.

Sample assembly on the formboard, on-vehicle trial, then revision-controlled series production.

Continuity, short-circuit, pin verification and insulation testing; results archived against the serial number.

Root-cause analysis on harnesses in the field, repair to standard and periodic maintenance.
